- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist's attitudes are pretty appalling however I think this has been true of every Dr's surgery I have been to to be honest. As for the surgery in general, it used to be great - I could call up and get an appointment for the next day or so. Now they seem to operate the call up at 8am and try and get an appointment approach, which is pretty terrible. Call up at 8 and you are on hold for 10 mins, by which time all the appointments have gone. Great. Repeat the next day and the next until you finally can get in. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have just come across your"ratings" section of your web page and regret that I have to add my name to the truly appalling attitude of some of the receptionists at your Centre. It cannot be easy to deal with the relentless bombardment of the sick and needy but this, after all, is what their job entails. The dismissive and often downright rudeness shown by some of the staff is in stark contrast to the kindness and professionalism of the physicians. RFWby A Google UserOctober 08, 2017
