- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I phoned A Plan in desperation having been told by John Lewis that they couldn't insure us as according to their database we were "high flood risk" ..... we were on a tight time schedule. As I walk past A Plan on the way into town I decide to try them . In the days where everyone is quick to moan I thought I should do the reverse!. I was provided with fast and efficient , friendly service, was given an excellent quote and emailed my insurance schedule within the hour.
